Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global GTM Talent Lead based in Canada to drive hiring strategy for a high-growth, international revenue organization. You will partner with the CRO and Talent teams to translate business priorities into actionable plans, leading regional recruiting leaders across North America, LATAM, EMEA, the UAE, and APAC, and ensuring top talent delivery through data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated global talent acquisition leadership in a hypergrowth org.
• Proven ability to hire hundreds to thousands annually across regions and time zones.
• Experience managing international recruiting leaders and senior talent teams.
• Strong partner to C-suite executives with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate workforce assumptions to realistic hiring commitments.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing, assessing, and closing top GTM talent.
• Track record of improving recruitment speed, quality and predictability.
• Understanding of AI/automation in recruitment while preserving human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global GTM hiring strategy for the revenue org.
• Forecast hiring needs with CRO, RevOps, Finance, and Talent leadership.
• Advise the CRO on hiring priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop regional recruiting leaders across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, APAC.
• Coach regional leaders and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Define candidate excellence and embed rigorous assessment practices.
• Strengthen revenue talent sourcing and closing of top GTM professionals.
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery from planning to start dates.
• Establish metrics, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate on process and technology improvements with Talent Ops and AI initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into recruiting while maintaining human judgment.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
