Join an innovative, remote-first organization transforming how go-to-market teams work through artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making. As a Staff GTM Engineer, you will bridge business strategy, analytics, and software engineering to build intelligent solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and turn complex business challenges into scalable, reliable workflows. From automated lead scoring and data enrichment to sales intelligence and AI-powered insights, your work will help improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to experiment with emerging AI technologies, integrate modern SaaS platforms, and establish best practices for responsible AI adoption. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building practical tools, and delivering measurable business results, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Accountabilities
  • Develop AI-powered GTM solutions: Design, build, and scale AI-driven workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and support business growth.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities: Partner with Revenue Operations and go-to-market leaders to understand business challenges, evaluate potential AI applications, and prioritize initiatives based on their expected impact.
  • Automate revenue processes: Create workflows for data enrichment, lead scoring, prospect routing, summarization, sales intelligence, and other revenue operations activities.
  • Build integrations and internal tools: Develop Python scripts, internal APIs, and integrations that connect SaaS platforms, improve data flows, and reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Evaluate AI and automation technologies: Implement and assess tools and platforms such as OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, and Tray to identify solutions that address business needs effectively.
  • Establish reliable AI infrastructure: Help develop scalable, secure, and well-governed AI workflows that support consistent performance and responsible technology adoption.
  • Strengthen analytics and intelligence: Connect data sources, enrichment platforms, and revenue systems to generate actionable insights and improve go-to-market execution.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions: Maintain clear documentation, explain technical recommendations to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise, and share implementation best practices.
  • Monitor emerging technologies: Stay informed about advances in AI, automation, and revenue technology, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and enhance organizational productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Test new approaches, measure outcomes, refine existing solutions, and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience: Experience applying business strategy to go-to-market challenges through Revenue Operations, Sales, Consulting, Analytics, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong experience with Python, SQL, API integrations, and automation across software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms.
  • AI implementation experience: Demonstrated experience applying AI to business workflows, operational processes, infrastructure, or governance, with the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical business solutions.
  • Go-to-market technology knowledge: Understanding of data enrichment, revenue automation, sales intelligence, and the systems supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience with relevant tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, Demandbase, LeadIQ, Instantly, Smartlead, Zapier, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, MicroStrategy, Domo, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach.
  • Internal application development: Experience deploying internal tools or applications using AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Retool, Streamlit, Slack bots, Git, vector databases, or comparable technologies.
  • Analytical problem-solving: Ability to interpret data, evaluate business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Cross-functional communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Ownership and adaptability: A proactive, self-directed approach to solving problems, managing priorities, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • AI-first mindset: Curiosity about emerging technologies and a commitment to continuously learning, experimenting, and using AI responsibly to improve business outcomes.
  • Work location: Candidates must be based in Canada and able to work remotely from their home country. The role includes in-person onboarding in Toronto and may require occasional business travel.
