Affirm seeks a senior operations leader to own the strategy for its servicing operating model across markets. You will guide a portfolio of international expansion programs, drive cross‑functional alignment, and scale mechanisms for global service delivery.

You will lead a team of program and process managers, partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and Training to ensure transparent performance and continuous improvement in international customer experiences.

Formación

• Extensive experience building and scaling global customer experience operations.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguity into structured programs and operating plans.
• Experience leading teams and senior professionals across cultures and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and roadmap for scaling Customer Operations to support global expansion.
• Define objectives, policies, and work plans across regions and channels.
• Coach and develop multiple discipline teams and senior leaders.
• Lead large cross‑area programs for operations including launches and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and Training to govern programs end‑to‑end.
