Job summary

Affirm is seeking a people leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that enable our servicing operations to scale efficiently while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and merchants.

As a manager within the Operations Enablement team, you will own team‑level strategy and lead a high‑performing group delivering cross‑functional initiatives aligned to strategic priorities, with measurable business

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or product operations.
• Experience scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Proven track record delivering large cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering cross‑functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align priorities and outcomes.
• Establish governance and executive‑level communications on status and impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data‑driven solutions with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own end‑to‑end change management and measurement of impact.
• Build technical resources and knowledge management including SOPs and learning tools.
• Translate complex concepts into clear resources for humans and AI agents.
• Oversee learning programs including onboarding and new product rollouts.
