Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations—global vendor BPO program management or equivalent leadership trajectory.
• 10+ years leading managers and complex global vendor organizations.
• Proven success managing outsourced operations and global vendor networks across geographies.
• Experience deploying AI or automation to improve operations at scale.
• Strong analytical background with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Affirm's global customer operations vendor network balancing CX, efficiency, resiliency, compliance, and continuity across vendors.
• Reinvent issue resolution and experience across the vendor network, treating the BPO network as an innovation hub.
• Establish governance frameworks, performance standards, and accountability; lead executive vendor governance forums.
• Partner on vendor selection, expansion, remediation, and network design with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive cost optimization programs across global vendors and ensure vendor accountability.
