Affirm seeks an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences. You define vision for readiness and own cross-functional initiatives aligning to strategy, timelines and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance and vendors to translate strategy into scalable operational capabilities, building manuals and training for both humans and AI agents, and driving change across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• Proven strategy impact across efficiency, compliance and customer experience.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP or Prosci certification preferred.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training systems.
• Background in regulated industries (financial services/fintech) preferred.
• Strong influence and executive communication skills.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with measurable outcomes.
• Global mindset with vendor/partner experience and travel up to 20–30%.

Responsabilités

• Own cross-functional programs and OKRs across servicing strategy.
• Define roadmaps and execution plans; track KPIs, timelines and budgets.
• Lead transformation initiatives with Lean Six Sigma and change management.
• Develop manuals and resources for human and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge management: SOPs, learning platforms and tools.
• Plan and deliver training programs with effectiveness measures.
• Design for global readiness around product launches and regulatory changes.
• Use metrics and dashboards to drive improvements and localization quality.
• Influence executives and partner with vendors at scale.
• Coach augmented staff and contractors to deliver world-class content.
• Drive change management and expand program scope as needed.
