Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy of its servicing operating model for international customers. You will set the global Customer Operations strategy, lead a team of program and process managers, and partner with product, engineering, and risk to scale new products and geographies.

You will build repeatable playbooks, govern portfolio performance, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in relevant roles with leadership experience.
• Experience building global customer operations and cross-cultural work.
• Proven program management and process improvement background.
• Knowledge of customer care, fraud, or merchant operations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead ambiguity.
• Background in financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for scaling customer operations globally.
