Affirm seeks a Growth Analytics professional to join the Growth Analytics International team. You will own end-to-end analytics, define success metrics, and develop scalable data models to support expansion into new markets—starting with Australia and beyond.

Exemplary candidates have 5+ years in cross-functional analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with A/B testing. You’ll collaborate across Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to drive growth and profitability.

• 5+ years in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Experience supporting international lending markets preferred.
