Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced leader to own the strategy of its global servicing operating model. You will guide a portfolio of international programs, build scalable processes, and lead a team of program managers to optimize customer operations across markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training, and Service Delivery to drive continuous improvement in service delivery for international customers and govern portfolio performance with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in global customer operations.
• Experience building and scaling cross‑border servicing and partnerships.
• Strong program and process management expertise with defined methods and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for how Customer Operations scales to support global expansion across products, merchants, geographies, and channels.
• Lead, coach and develop multi-disciplinary teams; oversee execution and alignment across regions.
• Drive large-scale programs for operations, managing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies and risk across multi-market landscapes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Training, Knowledge, and Service Delivery to run cross-functional discovery and scoping.
