Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, including 2+ years in fintech or financial institutions.
• 3+ years scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, GDPR).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps, track KPIs, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive outcomes.
• Provide governance and executive-ready updates on status, risks, and impact.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end change management, adoption, and measurement of initiatives.
• Create clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents to translate technical concepts.
• Evolve knowledge management with SOPs, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee learning strategy: onboarding, continuous training, and product rollouts.
• Collaborate on experience improvements with Product and Engineering teams.
• Expand program scope across adjacent domains as needed.
