Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our Embedded Login team. In this pivotal role, the engineer will be instrumental in developing and maintaining both client-side and server-side aspects of our authentication products, ensuring a secure, customizable user experience. This position offers the exciting opportunity to significantly contribute to the software development lifecycle of critical platform functionalities, working in an agile environment within the Canada (EST timezone) till the end of H1 2026.

Location: Toronto, Canada (EST timezone) #LI-Remote

Contract Type: W2

Duration: 5+ Months

Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour on W2

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including design and product teams to build superior APIs.
• Lead initiatives in the design and development of new service features.
• Assess new technologies and methodologies to enhance development practices.
• Work with partner teams to address customer issues and refine solutions.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through reviews, and by addressing bugs and troubleshooting complex issues effectively.

Must Have Skills

• Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and consumption.
• Experience in applying testing frameworks for comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Domain Experience

• Prior involvement in identity and access management (IAM) is highly favorable though not mandatory.

This position is targeted at candidates who demonstrate a strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach. Open to U.S. candidates who can accommodate Eastern Standard Time (EST) work hours.
