Moneris Solutions Corp in Etobicoke is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to grow strategic partnerships with partner banks. You will manage RTB activities, support key initiatives, and drive referrals and revenue through cross‑organisational collaboration.

You will report to the Director, Financial Institutions Relations, and work in a hybrid setup with travel as needed. This role focuses on delivering measurable growth and operational excellence within Moneris' FI partnerships.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or related field.
• 7 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
• Business acumen and analytical experience informing decisions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and delivering outcomes without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with partner bank stakeholders and Moneris teams.
• Manage ongoing business requests to resolve issues and maintain daily operations.
• Identify and advance opportunities for partnership growth and referrals.
• Collaborate with experts to improve bank referrals and reduce sales friction.
• Support annual referral plans, growth targets, and strategic priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate data into improvement actions.
• Coordinate business reviews and partner surveys with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed on payments, banking, regulatory developments and impacts.
