Job summary

Moneris Solutions is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in our Financial Institutions Relations team, based in Toronto with hybrid in-office and remote work. You will cultivate and grow partnerships with partner banks, oversee RTB activities, and drive referrals and revenue while coordinating with internal teams to improve efficiency.

This role requires a 7+ year track record in relationship management or business development, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of relationship management or related role.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to translate data into decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with partner bank stakeholders, understanding their structures, operating models, priorities, and objectives.
• Manage ongoing RTB requests between Moneris and partner banks, resolving issues and maintaining day-to-day operations.
• Identify and advance opportunities for partnership growth, including cross-selling and joint marketing.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve referral volume and reduce sales friction.
• Coordinate annual referral plans and bank partner reviews with key internal stakeholders.
• Monitor partnership performance and translate insights into actions to improve revenue and referrals.
• Stay informed on payment industry and regulatory developments affecting partnerships.
• Share best practices across Moneris’ Financial Institutions team.
