Moneris Solutions Corp in Etobicoke is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to grow strategic partnerships with partner banks. You will manage RTB activities, support key initiatives, and drive referrals and revenue through cross‑organisational collaboration.
You will report to the Director, Financial Institutions Relations, and work in a hybrid setup with travel as needed. This role focuses on delivering measurable growth and operational excellence within Moneris' FI partnerships.
The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Moneris’ partner financial institutions. You will help strengthen these strategic partnerships by managing run‑the‑business activities (RTB), supporting key initiatives, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth, increase referrals, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance collaboration between Moneris and its partner banks.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Financial Institutions Relations.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $118,000-$147,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
