Moneris Solutions Corp seeks a skilled Business Development Manager - Partnerships to drive revenue by identifying and onboarding strategic partners. You will lead negotiations, manage early-stage partnerships, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful implementation.
The role is based in Etobicoke with hybrid work flexibility and reporting to the Director, Business Development - Partnerships.
Reporting to the Director, Business Development - Partnerships, the Business Development Manager - Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification, acquisition, onboarding, and development of strategic partnerships. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate partnership opportunities, support business case development and contract negotiations, and lead the onboarding and incubation of new partners. As the primary point of contact and subject matter expert during the early stages of the partnership lifecycle, you will build and strengthen partner relationships, ensure operational effectiveness and compliance, resolve issues and escalations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role also supports the transition of partnerships to the Account Management team and contributes to Moneris' strategic growth and revenue objectives.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Business Development-Partnerships.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000-$124,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions.
