Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical consulting design experience in the industrial sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering; P.Eng designation in BC or Alberta.
• Expertise in low- and medium-voltage systems, including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and VFDs.
• Proficiency in ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower for power system studies.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, DeviceNet).
• PE is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and mentor junior engineers in a Calgary-based team.
• Design and deliver electrical systems for power distribution, control systems, lighting, and security for water and wastewater facilities.
• Prepare compelling proposals, technical memoranda, design reports, and detailed electrical specifications.
