This is not a typical HR leadership role. It’s a unique opportunity to be a true strategic partner to a new President during a pivotal moment of transformation for Cogeco Media, one of Canada's most influential radio broadcasters.
As the Sr Director of Human Resources, you will be a key member of the Cogeco Media senior leadership team. You won't just be running an HR function; you'll be at the heart of the business, shaping the strategy, evolving the culture, and coaching a leadership team to drive impact and value creation. Cogeco Media is a leader in the Canadian broadcasting landscape, with a powerful network of radio stations across Quebec, operating 21 radio stations, including 98.5 in Montreal, FM93 in Quebec City and the stations of the Rythme network, reaching 5 million listeners each week.
