Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to complex customer inquiries, provides quotes, and processes orders.
• Places orders by phone, fax, email, or in person (counter sales).
• Builds relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Source products from branch, distribution center, or supplier inventory.
• Determines cost-effective shipping methods for customer orders.
• Coaches less experienced Customer Service Representatives.
• May handle returns and ensure inventory levels meet demand.
• May be assigned to one customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
