The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
  • Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
  • Maintain excellence in detail and customer service
  • Promote team work within all departments
  • Consistently follow up with customers on the progress of customer service related issues
  • Process furniture warranty claims
  • Understand, compliant with all Brick Group policies & procedures
  • Review and follow up on operational reports on a daily basis
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the training of new operations staff
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions
  • Increase location profitability and efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role (retail environment asset)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
  • Minimize errors and ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
