• Strong communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify reimbursement coverage options for patients and investigate financial options.
• Coaching and mentoring of team members.
• Manage a patient caseload larger than peers.
• Provide daily support to Associate Program Managers.
• Lead training of new caseworkers and monitor calls.
• Document activities in program databases and reports.
