Job summary

Cencora is seeking a dedicated professional for patient support and access roles in Canada. The function focuses on handling patient and provider assistance, reimbursement support, and case management to expand access to therapy.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure or PACS certification, 2+ years in related fields, and experience with benefits verification and prior authorization. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two plus years in patient access, reimbursement, or related fields required.
• RN license or PACS certification preferred; other credentials may qualify.
• Experience with benefits verification and prior authorization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process patient support cases across intake, onboarding, and benefits activities.
• Maintain accurate patient, prescriber, and reimbursement records in designated systems.
• Coordinate with prescriber office staff on patient assistance and reimbursement processes.
• Resolve routine to moderate cases and inquiries to remove barriers to access therapy.
• Validate documentation and coverage information to enable accurate submissions.
• Monitor open cases, milestones, and reimbursement activities for delays or issues.
• Escalate non-standard barriers to appropriate stakeholders for review.
