Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related field.
• Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, CRM systems, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist reimbursement processes to enable timely, accurate handling of coverage-related requests across operations.
• Coordinate benefits-related documentation, case updates, and follow-up communications to advance cases.
• Resolve routine reimbursement issues, documentation gaps, and workflow exceptions to reduce delays.
• Maintain accurate case records, reimbursement documentation, and system updates for visibility and reporting.
• Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators to support proactive resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify reimbursement requirements and support case resolution.
