Person Specification and Qualifications: To be successful, you will need an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, and 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment. You must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, a positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff, and be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
