A global cannabis company is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage procurement and maintain inventory levels for manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a degree in business or supply chain, at least 3 years of procurement experience, and excellent negotiation skills. The Senior Buyer is responsible for tactically replenishing and maintaining adequate inventory levels of cannabis to support manufacturing and product development. The successful candidate will perform procurement activities while meeting KPIs. Strong vendor relationship management and a process improvement approach will be among the pillars for success.
Tactically replenish cannabis to optimize facility and commercial operations.
Strategically engage with supplier community and internal stakeholders.
Work cross‑functionally with commercial, operations & QA to source and develop new materials sources.
