The Senior Analyst, Business Management is central to how performance, insights, and data governance shape leadership decisions at TDIAC. The role merges operational reporting excellence with advanced analytics and strategic storytelling. This individual will develop, refine, and automate executive‑level reporting, build enterprise dashboards, integrate multi‑source data, and contribute to data governance practices across the Advice Centres. The senior analyst will work closely with senior leaders, providing accurate insights, clear narratives, and analysis that drive alignment and strategic action.
We are seeking a highly capable, self‑directed Senior Analyst who blends analytical depth with strong storytelling and technical mastery. This individual must excel in performance reporting, executive‑level presentations, contact‑centre analytics, and data‑driven narrative creation. They will be equally comfortable building enterprise‑grade dashboards (Power BI/PowerQuery), managing sensitive data from multiple sources including Rahona, and operating with precision in ambiguous, time‑sensitive environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the dexterity to support both operational reporting cycles and strategic insight development while engaging confidently with senior leaders across TD Insurance and NACO.
The Reporting & Insights Team sits within the Business Management Group for TDIAC, and our mandate is to elevate performance visibility, insights, and data‑driven decision‑making across the Advice Centres.
