You will grow the client base, manage the full B2B sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management 5+ years in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial cleaning scopes of work, pricing models and service standards.
• Ability to provide rough quotes over the phone with leads.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial cleaning contracts (offices, retail, industrial, healthcare, and institutional facilities).
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Identify growth opportunities and support sales planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and account management teams.
• Prepare competitive bids and cleaning service proposals tailored to client needs and building specs.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Resolve client concerns during the sales and onboarding process to ensure a strong start to the relationship.
