Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry or a related B2B field.
• Strong B2B sales and customer service experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Manage, integrate, and oversee multiple contracts and operations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to staff.
• Identify and secure new commercial cleaning clients.
• Recruit, train, develop, and when necessary terminate staff.
• Maintain high-quality cleaning standards across all contracts.
