Job Description
  • Assess, recommend, and determine eligibility for grant funding.
  • Advise grant recipients when they do not meet grant funding conditions and explain required corrective actions.
  • Identify delivery and payment issues and recommend resolution options to management.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with accepted practices and within guidelines prescribed by financial legislation and ministerial policies and procedures.
  • Manage and respond to complaints related to grants.
  • Provide advice, information, and direction to resolve complaints from grant recipients, early childhood educators, and families.
  • Review incoming complaints and determine the most appropriate course of action, consulting senior program staff when required.
  • Request additional information to support complaint investigations.
  • Assist with complaint investigation and resolution processes.
  • Refer complaints as required.
  • Participate in the development of operational plans.
  • Delegate administrative work to support staff as required.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements / Must Have
  • High school diploma or GED.

Qualification And Education
