Reporting to the Office Manager, the Senior Administrative Assistant serves as an essential pillar for the Victoria office, providing steadfast support and expertise. The Senior Administrative Assistant possesses exceptional skills, adaptability, and a strategic approach to addressing the administrative challenges that arise when supporting an office with diverse personnel. This role combines high-level administrative support with specialized responsibilities in office operations and employee services. The role serves as a key liaison between employees, management, and external service providers while ensuring the smooth operation of the Conference Floor.
The Corporate Data & Operations department is a central hub that delivers essential business services across all departments within BCI. The department is comprised of three functions: Data & Analytics, Workplace Services, and Business Planning. The department facilitates BCI’s corporate strategy and plays an integral role in its execution by ensuring staff have high-quality data, advanced analytics for decision-making, and well-appointed global offices for collaboration. The department is a critical part of how BCI delivers long-term value for our clients.
Workplace Services is a strategic function within Corporate Data & Operations that delivers essential infrastructure and operational excellence across BCI's global offices. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $66,000 - $77,000.
