Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience selling a physical hardware component into industrial markets (OEMs, integrators, machine builders).
• Excellent ability to discuss technical topics and conduct product demonstrations.
• Technical degree or engineering background strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, developing organization.
• Comfort supporting defense-sector customers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle management of a growing key-account book and convert prototyping relationships into high-volume accounts.
• Develop new logos across industrial automation, defense, and the broader OEM space.
• Coordinate inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting to drive growth.
