Overview

About The Role:

Zeno Group is searching for a Senior Account Director, Brand to lead consumer brands in the areas of client service, new business, team development and management, and ensuring consistent excellence in the quality of work delivered to clients.

You’ll develop and drive PR strategies and programs in our Brand practice. You must be an expert in the areas of total account management including day-to-day account activity, traditional and emerging PR strategies, mediastrategy and the provision of sound creative and strategic counsel to clients to support their business objectives. In this role, you can support existing clients and will also support developing and presenting new business opportunities. You must think and do. We’re looking for masters of the craft, who are excellent people leaders and client counselors who will roll up their sleeves and stay close to the work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead consumer brands in client service, new business, and team development, ensuring excellence in work quality for clients.
  • Develop and drive PR strategies and programs for the Brand practice.
  • Provide sound creative and strategic counsel to clients to support business objectives.
  • Support existing clients and participate in developing and presenting new business opportunities.
  • Lead by example as a strong people leader and client counselor, staying close to the work.
Qualifications
  • A history of success in providing sound creative and strategic counsel to clients and building credibility with senior level client contacts.
  • At least 8 years of consumer PR experience in an agency setting.
  • Budgeting and day-to-day financial management for client programs.
  • Collaborative spirit, results driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, the ability to think on your feet and respond quickly as business factors shift.
  • Excellent writing skills and strong presentation skills with experience developing and delivering client presentations.
  • Experience in drafting and presenting new business pitches.
  • Strong media strategy experience.
  • Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing junior talent.
