Job Description – Security Programs Manager – Mobile Division

Overview

The responsibilities of the Security Programs Manager for the Mobile Division are to provide oversight to the Mobile Patrol and Alarm Response team that operate throughout both the daytime and overnight period, as well as monitor and manage the fleet maintenance program. Providing guidance to our mobile team, ensure training is completed, and being the front-line contact between our clients and our service delivery in our Mobile Division is a priority to the position. As the largest user of our vehicle deployment, the care and maintenance of our vehicles is paramount both to the longevity and cost control / cost recovery of the vehicles during their life cycle, as well as displaying our vehicles in a professional standard to the public and our clients is key in driving our reputation in our community.

Job Specific Details
  • Oversight of contracts, proactive communication with Clients
    • Monthly meetings as requested
    • Monthly reporting / analytics as requested
    • Communication of identified problem areas
  • Oversight of Mobile Agents
    • Training of all Mobile Agents including initial training requirements, vehicle usage requirements, Occupational Health and Safety, and Mobile Run training / cross-training
    • Setting expectations of policies, procedures, patrol and alarm reporting
    • Providing documented coaching and accountabilities
    • Providing timely and accurate communication any changing details related to sites or
    • Provide timely disciplinary action when conduct / behaviours do not follow organizational policies and procedures
    • Documentation of Drivers Licenses and Drivers Abstracts for Drivers

    • Mobile revenue for invoicing requirements
    • Mobile Revenue Report
    • Revenue by Mobile Run - Financials
    • Review of Employee Costs / Pay Equity / Overtime
    • Fleet Maintenance / Fleet Costs
