GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Hamilton, Ontario, to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining security and access control in office towers, hotels, and retail environments.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, incident response, and clear reporting, with shift patterns including early mornings, days, and weekends. Advantageous to have a security license and First Aid, with full or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Full G or G-2 Ontario driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Access control of the parking lot
• Keep traffic moving during employee drop offs
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Be alert and aware all times
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 0400-0800 hours, Monday to Friday 1600-2000 hours, Saturday & Sunday 0400-0800 hours, and Saturday & Sunday 1600-2000 hours

Location: L0R 1W1
