GardaWorld is hiring a Concierge Security Guard in Fredericton, NB. You will engage with visitors, manage access control, patrol premises, and coordinate with emergency teams. The role emphasizes customer service across offices, hotels, and retail environments.

The position offers flexible shifts with part-time hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends, uniform provided, and GardaWorld Academy education support. Valid license and First Aid are required.

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone
