GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Hamilton, Ontario to provide welcoming security, control access, and respond to incidents. The role emphasizes customer service across shifts in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The position offers a mix of full-time and part-time opportunities with a schedule on Saturdays and Sundays from 16:00 to 00:00. Uniforms are provided, and GardaWorld Academy supports ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification an asset.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
