Job summary

GardaWorld in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a Concierge Security Guard who excels at engaging with people and delivering top‑tier customer service. You will be guarding office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, while keeping the environment safe and welcoming through strong access control and vigilant patrols.

The role offers weekend 12‑hour shifts (12:00–00:00 or 00:00–12:00), with uniform provided and opportunities for full‑time or part‑time employment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Trucks inbounds and outbounds
• Monitoring rail traffic
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Ready to suit up as a Concierge Security Guard

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to engage with people easily and make them feel confident in your ability to help them.

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Schedule: Sat and Sun Continental rotation 12-hour shifts. 12:00-00:00 or 00:00-12:00

Location: N9C 0B9
