GardaWorld is hiring a Luxury Retail Security Guard for a premium jewelry brand in Toronto. You will uphold a strong security presence while delivering outstanding customer service in a high-end setting.

The role requires a polished, confident demeanor, a black suit, and 8+ hour shifts. This position offers the chance to engage with VIP clients and support exclusive events in a prestigious environment.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR certification.
• 2–3 years of security or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance in a black suit (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Represent a luxury retail brand in a premium, high-end environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong and professional security presence.
• Welcome, assist, and engage with customers confidently and courteously.
• Maintain a polished, approachable appearance while wearing a black suit.
• Support loss prevention through proactive observation and vigilance.
• Interact professionally with high-end clientele and create a safe, welcoming atmosphere.
• Remain attentive and on your feet for 8+ hour shifts.
• Thrive in a slower-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Demonstrate confidence, excellent communication skills, and sound judgment in every interaction.
• Apply previous security or loss prevention experience to ensure a secure and positive customer experience.

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR certification.
• 2–3 years of security or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance with the ability to wear a black suit (mandatory for this assignment).
• Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Reliable, observant, and committed to maintaining a professional security presence.
