Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Ontario to engage with people, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure safety in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role includes Sat/Sun, 12-hour shifts (12:00–00:00 or 00:00–12:00) in Windsor area Excel area postal code N9C 0B9.

Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, controlling access, patrolling, monitoring rail traffic where required, reporting incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Holds a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Trucks inbounds and outbounds
• Monitoring rail traffic
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
