Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Ontario to deliver high-quality customer service across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will welcome visitors, control access, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents with CPR/First Aid when needed.

Role emphasizes safety and service, with uniform provided and opportunities for full-time or part-time scheduling. Training through GardaWorld Academy will be provided to strengthen skills and career growth.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identification, and provide customer service and directions.
• Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular foot patrols and identify security or safety risks.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and medical situations.
• Provide First Aid/CPR and coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Assist with evacuations, fire drills, and emergency procedures.
• Perform computer and administrative tasks.
• Answer questions and assist visitors by phone or in person.
• Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Communicate security concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain key control and secure restricted areas.
• Ensure compliance with company security, health, and safety procedures.
