Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn across all store areas.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to move around the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift medium to large items up to 40 pounds, using proper safety techniques.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings if required.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset (Québec requirement not specified for Ontario).

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before/after opening hours (e.g., 5AM or 10PM start).
• Conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, process returns, and receive store merchandise.
• Create visually appealing merchandising and product displays.
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment and tell product stories to customers.
• Engage with customers on the floor and curate product recommendations.
• Share ideas with Leadership on improving customer and employee experience.
• Prioritize health and safety for staff and customers daily.
