Formación

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences.
• Ability to move freely on the sales floor and assist customers.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily store operations before or after opening hours.
• Inventory checks, shelf replenishment, returns processing, and merchandise receiving.
• Create a welcoming, visually appealing store environment and engage customers on the floor.
• Tell stories about products to help customers discover items they love.
• Curate product selections for individual customers and share knowledge about promotions.
• Respond to customer feedback promptly and contribute ideas to leadership.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives and support a positive team culture.
