Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Seasonal associate in Ontario to support daily store operations, assist with inventory, and create an engaging shopper environment. You’ll help curate product collections and connect with customers on the floor, sharing stories about our products.

You'll model Indigo’s standards, stay adaptable, and participate in health and safety practices. Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or retail preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn all aspects of the store and adapt quickly.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Flexible schedule including eves, weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset outside Québec.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before or after opening (5AM start).
• Conduct cycle counts, replenish stock, process returns, shelve items.
• Create a visually appealing store using merchandising standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for customers.
• Tell stories about products and engage customers on the floor.
• Curate product collections for customers you meet.
• Role model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics.
• Seek info on new products, promotions and programs.
• Prioritize health and safety; participate in safe practices.
• Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
• Hold self and others accountable; contribute ideas to Leadership Team.
