• Support daily store operations including early mornings and evenings.
• Inventory counts, stock replenishment, returns, shelving, and receiving merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment and add joy to customers' visits.
• Engage with customers on the floor and curate product collections.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and respond to customer feedback.
