Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced store environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings if required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before or after opening (e.g., 5AM start) and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, process returns, and manage merchandising standards.
• Create a visually appealing store and engage customers with product storytelling.
• Curate product collections for individual customers and respond to feedback promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and participate in safety initiatives.
