Indigo is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to support daily store operations and enhance customer interactions. The role emphasizes helping customers, stocking shelves, and creating a welcoming shopping environment across store floors.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store before or after the store closes (5AM or 10PM start time).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, shelve products, and process incoming merchandise.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.
• Engage and connect with our customers on the floor.
• Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet.
