Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to support daily store operations, engage customers on the sales floor, and curate product assortments. The role emphasizes a welcoming environment, storytelling with products, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Prior retail experience is preferred, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual French/English is required in Quebec and an asset elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required).

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store before or after the store closes.
• Conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products, and process merchandise.
• Create a visually appealing store and a warm, welcoming environment for customers.
• Engage with customers on the floor and curate product collections for individuals.
• Take feedback seriously and participate in health and safety initiatives.
