Job summary

Indigo in Vancouver is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to support daily store operations as a part-time role with a fixed-term contract. You will conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, process returns, and create a welcoming, story-led shopping environment.

Fluency in French/English is a plus for Québec; bilingualism is not required in BC. Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, before or after opening/closing (5 AM–10 PM).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, process returns and merch.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores.
• Add joy to our customers' lives.
• Leverage our product to tell stories.
• Engage and connect with our customers on the floor.
• Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet.
• Role model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics.
• Seek information regarding new products, promotions and programs.
• Contribute to an environment where health and safety is a top priority.
• Take accountability to respond to customer feedback promptly.
