Indigo seeks a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to support early morning operations and provide a welcoming shopping experience. You will engage customers, curate product recommendations, and contribute to a safe, vibrant store environment.

Flexibility for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Bilingual French/English skills are essential, with a focus on storytelling and customer care in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required for the role).
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations in early morning hours (5:00am–10:00am) and related shifts.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers on the floor.
• Leverage product storytelling to engage customers and curate collections.
• Engage and connect with customers, respond to feedback, and ensure health and safety.
• Seek information on new products, promotions, and programs and assist customers accordingly.
• Contribute to an environment where everyone participates in health and safety and policy compliance.
