Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to support store operations in Ontario. This part-time role is focused on delivering joyful customer moments by assisting shoppers, handling inventory, and telling the stories behind our products.

You will create a warm, welcoming environment on the floor, engage with customers, and curate collections for each visit while staying flexible with schedule and health-safety standards. Fluency in English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn new things.
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with safety techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required).
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required in Québec; other languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store before or after the store closes (times may vary).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products, and process merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store environment.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers.
• Engage with customers on the floor and tell product stories.
• Curate product collections for individual customers.
• Model Indigo’s High Performance Characteristics and participate in safety programs.
• Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner and provide continuous feedback to leadership.
