Job summary

Indigo is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to support store operations and create a welcoming shopping environment. You will engage customers, curate product collections, and leverage storytelling to highlight items while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings. Prior retail experience is preferred, and bilingual French/English ability is required for Québec positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
• Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, with proper safety techniques.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations before or after opening hours (5 AM–10 PM start time).
• Conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products and process incoming merchandise.
• Create a visually appealing store using merchandising standards and engage customers on the floor.
• Curate product collections for customers and provide a warm, welcoming environment.
